Returns
We at Voug are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help make the process smooth and fair.
1. Faulty Item Delivered
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@voug.com within 14 days of receipt:
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the fault, along with your order number.
- Faulty items qualify for a replacement, with no need to return the original.
2. Product Not Delivered
If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days, please contact us. If 30 business days have passed since the shipping date without delivery, we will process a replacement. We’re not responsible for incorrect shipping information or uncollected items from the carrier.
3. Damaged While Using
Damage from incorrect usage is not covered under our return policy.
4. Change of Mind
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of the order, provided it hasn’t been shipped. You have 30 days to return or replace an item after receiving it.
5. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Notify us in writing at hello@voug.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your location.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Addresses: Upon your return request, we will provide you with the specific return address based on your location, whether it be in the US, EU, AU, UK, or other regions.
